The best way to stay healthy is to be in a clean environment. Once a week hand wipe all the surfaces you touch on a regular basis with a disinfectant. Remember that means cleaning all the door knobs, light switches and handles on the kitchen and bathroom cabinets. More germs are spread in these areas than you think. I always wipe down all my surfaces after I have had guests in my home. The pleasant smell of a clean house will also give you a boost in your attitude and make you feel better overall.
