VACATION RENTAL CLEANING

Owning a vacation rental requires a lot of behind the scenes work that you don’t realize until you own one yourself. My best advice is to have the same company clean before and after each rental. If there is any damage, the company will contact the owner so it can be deducted from their deposit. We also suggest having a rental agreement signed by both parties.
